By accessing and placing a reservation with VALÉ by Doris Duong, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Service. VALÉ by Doris Duong specialises in haute couture, designed and made in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. • All prices are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (₫). • Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of ordering is fixed and will not change after confirmation. • All product images are representative. Due to artisanal production methods, slight variations in colour or detail may occur between the actual product and images shown. • Each design is unique and handcrafted — limited quantities available.

• A reservation is created when you complete the reservation process on the website. There is no online payment at this step. • The item is held for you for 3 days from reservation. • During that time, we contact you via Messenger or Instagram to agree on delivery. • If you do not confirm within 3 days, the reservation is automatically cancelled and the item released. • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in the event of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

• This website does not process online payments. Each product is a one-of-a-kind creation; when you reserve one, it is held for you for 3 days. • Payment is by bank transfer. For a purchase, payment is made in full before the piece is shipped. There is no deposit. The customer checks the piece on receipt. Orders are confirmed via Messenger. • We do NOT collect or store any card or wallet information on our systems. • Prices are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (₫). • If you do not confirm within 3 days, the item is released back to inventory.

• We confirm the exact delivery timeline with you via Messenger or Instagram after your reservation is accepted. • Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and are calculated for each location. We ship within Vietnam and internationally. International shipping costs more and is calculated according to the destination. • VALÉ by Doris Duong is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, customs regulations).

• We do not accept returns. • Alterations are possible when feasible, with a quote given case by case. • In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we repair, replace or refund on a case-by-case basis — agreed privately with you. • To request an adjustment or report a defect, please contact contact@valebydorisduong.com with photos and your reservation number.

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, trademarks and logos — is the exclusive property of VALÉ by Doris Duong and is protected by Vietnamese and international intellectual property law. Copying, distributing, reusing or commercially exploiting any content without the prior written consent of VALÉ by Doris Duong is strictly prohibited.

VALÉ by Doris Duong is not liable for: • Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues. • Delivery delays due to causes beyond our control. Our total liability in all cases shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

• These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. • In the event of a dispute, both parties will prioritise resolution through amicable negotiation. • If resolution through negotiation is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. • Customers also have the right to file a complaint with the Competition and Consumer Protection Authority (Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam).

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with a clear update date. Continued use of the service after terms are updated constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Area and delivery Rentals are available within Vietnam only. Delivery is charged and calculated by location. A piece is reserved for the first customer who confirms it or pays the deposit. Return Minimum rental: 1 day. The piece must be returned by 9:00 PM on the last day of the rental. Return shipping is paid by the renter, or the renter brings the piece back in person (place arranged by private message). Late return: 50.000 ₫ for the first hour, then 100.000 ₫ per hour starting from the second hour. Deposit The deposit is 70% of the purchase price of the piece (for a set: 70% of the set price). It is refunded immediately after the return if the piece is intact, minus any amount withheld under the conditions below. Payment The rental fee and the deposit are both paid before the piece is shipped. Cleaning Cleaning is included in the rental price. Damage • Heavily stained: 1.000.000 ₫ withheld from the deposit • Torn: The entire deposit is withheld • Many beads missing: 40% of the deposit is withheld, per piece Loss or non-return If the piece is lost or not returned, the deposit is kept and the renter pays the difference, up to 100% of the purchase price of the piece. One-of-a-kind pieces Each piece is made only once. A piece that has been sold can no longer be rented. By signing the rental form, the renter confirms having read and accepted these conditions.
